Dr Chukwuemeka Ujam pictured here was a PDP House of Representative aspirant in the just concluded 2015 elections. The former Commissioner for Land in Enugu State contested for the Nkanu East/West seat. He was allegedly caught with 4000 PVCs in Enugu on the 28th of March by the military, who paraded him. See Earlier Report Here


INEC has now issued him a certificate of Return.
