Kidnappers Demand N30m To Release Former NDDC Boss

Gunmen who kidnapped former NDDC boss, Dominic Oqua near his home on Sunday in Calabar have contacted his family and demanded a whooping sum of N30. Some family members who confirmed this development however said, they wonder where the kidnappers expect them to get such an amount from.
