We have distributed 45 million PVCs so far - INEC

The Independent National Electoral Commission said it had distributed 45,098,876 Permanent Voter Cards as of Monday.

Mr. Kayode Idowu, the Chief Press Secretary to the INEC Chairman, Prof. Attahiru Jega, made this clarification on Thursday in a telephone interview.
