People tend to pop in pills quick to fast-track the healing of the headache and alleviating of the pounding pain on their head. There are natural ways to reduce and cure headache and skewing towards the natural ways is better than drugs because of the potential hazards of these drugs on the organs in the body. Some ways to alleviate headaches are:


Massage

Pain-easing massage on some key areas in the body is good in relieving headache, massage redirects attention of the victim and makes victim feel less pain. Massage could foster free blood flow and thus alleviates pain. Exercise


Consistent exercise is ideally good for health, prevent the occurrence of headaches by engaging in aerobic exercise such as swimming , biking and other exercise . This could reduce migraine intensity and frequency.

Others


There are several other ways to alleviate headache such as taking break from computer usage if you are the that works on computer a lot . Rest your eyes periodically by placing your palm in a cup form on your eye and apply light pressure for 2 minutes. Avoid nitrites and nitrates found in processed meat monosodiumglutamate (MSG)(caffeine , alcohol ) phenylalanine (formed in chocolate and cheese) tyramine found in nuts and fermented meat ( cheese and soy).

Headache is inexorably due to the kind of lifestyle we live but its preferable to treat it naturally than going for pills.
