Though happily married, Pharell Williams is known to surround himself with only female staff.Gracing the cover of GQ,the 41 year old explained why

'I am a sensitive person, so I want to be with sensitive people,' Pharrell explained when asked about his female assistants and colleagues.. 

Women have a way of expressing themselves that I can relate to more honestly.'They're pretty magical, the women that are here,'They sense things before it happens.'

This man doesn't age atall..
