The Emir of Ilorin, Alhaji Ibrahim Sulu Gambari, MFR, has condemned in its entirety, a story credited to him by an online medium, that he endorsed the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) gubernatorial flag bearer, Sen. Simeon Ajibola.

According to the spokesperson of the monarch and Magaji Nda of Ilorin, Alhaji Salihu Woru Mohammed described the story as grossly irresponsible, concocted, inciting and an attempt to drag the Emir into partisanpolitics. Stating that the Emir is a father to all political parties in the State and will not associate with any political party, but all.

A reception of any political party in the palace does not mean endorsement, he concluded.
