The unsettled Cardiff forward has finally joined the Potters in a swap deal for Trinidad and Tobago international Kenwyne Jones.
Osaze Odemwingie has finally joined Stoke City on an 18-month deal from Cardiff City of Wales.
The Super Eagles forward has struggled to tie a permanent play in Welsh football team and was out of favour under Ole Gunnar Solskajaer.
Stoke manager Mark Hughes has stated his happiness in having the former West Brom striker in his fold.
“We’re delighted to have signed Peter. Things haven’t perhaps gone as well for him at Cardiff as he would have hoped and he’s really keen to start afresh with us,” Hughes told club website.
Odemwingie , who scored just two goals in 17 matches for Cardiff following his £2m switch from West Brom, could feature for his new side in Wednesday’s Premier League game against Sunderland at the Stadium of Light.
