A Miami property supervisor, Derek Medina, 31, shot and killed his wife Jennifer Alfonso, 26 yesterday, August 8, and then posted a horrific photo of her lifeless body slumped over on the floor of their kitchen, covered in blood. Derek posted the photo along with scary messages. Before driving to his father’s house,where he confessed killing his wife. They both drove to the police department and admitted he killed his wife.
